What is taught on the camps?
We run multi-activity camps with a specific focus on tennis and which cater for all abilities. Follow the link below for the schedules and content for our camps:

We also hold a tournament on the last day of each camp for which prizes are awarded.
What does my child/children need to bring?
- We will provide a suitable sized tennis racket if you don’t have one
- Suitable clothing and footwear for sport. A raincoat in the event of bad weather
- A drink and snack
- A hat or cap
- Sunscreen SPF 50
Are parents allowed to stay?
Parents are welcome to stay. Many parents enjoy coming to watch the tournament and presentations on the final day.
What happens if the weather is wet?
We run a full wet weather programme, so if rain stops play we run alternative indoor activities for the children.
What happens if my child has an accident?
- Our coaches hold the Emergency First Aid At Work certificate
- Our coaches are covered under the LTA’s insurance scheme.
Who runs our camps?
The junior tennis camps are run by qualified, LTA-licensed and DBS-checked coaches on behalf of Sydenham Tennis Club. Sydenham Tennis Club is the trading name of Sydenham Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club Ltd. Registered office: Lawrie Park Road, London SE26 6ET. Registered in England no 1280576.
