Annual Club Tournament Finals Day – Saturday 21 September 2024

A reminder that it’s Club Finals Day tomorrow – feel free to come along and support or watch the tennis.

Squash and Tennis finals order of play can be found here. Presentations will take place around 12.45-1.00pm for squash events, and 5.30-6.00pm for tennis.

The bar will open from 10.30am with food available to buy from a pop up burger stall from lunchtime. You will find their menu here.

The Women’s Plate Final was played last weekend with Cora Govett beating Lisa Muten 6-3, 6-1.

Members – Important Communication 
All current members will receive an updated Members Handbook this weekend with all the latest information. This will be sent out directly through your ClubSpark account so please keep an eye out for it.
In particular, there are several matters, around safeguarding, security and tennis club play sessions, that require attention. Please read carefully to see if there are any changes relevant to your Club membership and contact me if you need clarification.

Club Manager Hours
I will be available at the Club on Sunday from 0900-1500, and then on leave until Saturday 28 September. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.

Remember that the bar is open Monday to Thursday from 7.00-10.00pm, Friday evening if there is an event taking place, and Saturday/Sunday when the Club Manager is on site.
