The draws for the Annual Club tennis tournaments are now available to view in the clubhouse foyer.

We are using new software this year, which is causing a few issues setting up, but should work out better once everything is in place. The draw will be available online over the Easter weekend.

Most events will have an uneven number of entries for a full draw. In this event ‘byes’ are awarded in the first round. The competition regulations are that byes are given to seeded players first, in order of seeding, until the full draw is covered. If there are further byes required, the remainder of the entries are drawn at random with byes included. 

If you are entered in the Men’s Singles, and have a First Round match, please note that the deadline to play is Sunday 11 May so try to organize your match as soon as possible. There were 82 entries so there are not many weeks for each round!

If you entered a doubles event ‘Partner Required’ and you cannot find yourself in the draw it means we were unable to match you up due to insufficient partners being available.

The details for the Roger De Klerk Memorial Mixed Doubles Trophy will go out next week.

You will find full tournament rules in the Members area of the website and in the clubhouse foyer. It is very important that you read the scoring format for each event.
